We have a range of options to accommodate a variety of corporate events:
Main Ballroom
At the heart of The ROCC is Randall Ewing Kemper Hall, our 4,400-square-foot grand ballroom, ideal for seminars and other corporate events of up to 400 guests. With top-of-the-line AV equipment, a large presentation screen, and customizable lighting, we’ve got everything you need to make your presentations shine. The main ballroom is 4,400 square feet and can accommodate 400 guests.
Meeting/Breakout Rooms
Need a smaller space? Our ballroom can be configured into as many as four breakout rooms. More quiet and private, these meeting spaces are ideal for workshops, team-building, and strategy sessions, or more intimate gatherings like board meetings, client presentations, or team meetings. Each room varies in size and is equipped with high-speed internet and comfortable seating.

At The ROCC, we understand that great food is essential to a successful conference. We can recommend some of the finest local caterers offering a diverse range of culinary options for your event, from Texas-style barbecue or a Gulf Coast-inspired menu featuring local specialties caught right off the Rockport coast.
